We are currently working with a Market Leading Specialty Insurer to recruit a Lead Business Analyst for a 6-month FTC. Lead and manage a team of analysts, overseeing training, and resource allocation to support digital initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure unified project delivery. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Lead and manage a team of business and testing analysts, providing training, coaching, and oversight. • Oversee the hiring process to build a strong team supporting digital and transformational initiatives. • Utilize flexible analytics tools for collaboration and process mapping with project stakeholders. • Develop and implement requirement templates for documenting business, system, or technical needs. • Collaborate closely with the Head of Change and Lead Project Manager for unified delivery. • Ensure proper resource allocation and participate in change forums to manage BAU and operational changes. • Build effective relationships with the Group IT for successful collaboration. • Lead business analysis on high-profile partner projects, including: • Defining, prioritizing, and documenting business requirements. • Evaluating and managing tech vendors. • Contributing to product roadmaps and backlog refinement. • Ensuring seamless interfaces between service providers and internal stakeholders. • Creating and managing user stories and acceptance criteria for strategic projects. The ideal candidate should have; • Worked for an Insurance company, ideally Lloyd’s Market. • Ability to coach and develop business analysts with varying backgrounds • Excellent stakeholder management and time management skills with strong communication. • Experience of test analytics and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
