Conduct Risk Manager opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurance and reinsurance company operating within the Lloyd’s market. Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, you will provide support to the Monitoring and Compliance functions in a wide variety of areas. Key Responsibilities: • Performing of product risk assessments for the syndicate’s portfolio; • Monitoring key regulatory developments relating to Conduct Risk; • Assist with maintaining and enhancing the Conduct Risk Framework in place; • Prepare, develop and enhance Conduct Risk Management Information; • Responsibility for Complaints handling for the syndicate; • Provide training to the business and Senior Management on Conduct Risk; • Act as a Customer Champion within the syndicate and work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Legal and other functions to consider customer outcomes; • Prepare the Annual Consumer Duty report for the Board; • Ownership of the Lloyd’s Insurance Company Secondee processes in place for the syndicate; • Act as the Secretary to the Customer Review Committee and maintain papers and minutes; • Work closely with the Delegated Authority team and manage queries and referrals relating to Conduct Risk, the Insurance Distribution Directive, Licensing and general queries relating to binding authorities.   Key Skills and Experience: • Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s regulations relating to Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty.
