Our office is situated at 20 St Dunstan's Hill. It has spectacular views south over the Thames, HMS Belfast and the the Tower of London. The office has easy access from London Bridge Station, Cannon Street Station and is a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. The nearest Tubes are Bank, 7 minute walk, or Monument, a 3 minute walk, to the office. Our clients and candidates are more than welcome to come and visit us

Every time one of the Edenbrook consultants speak to a candidate they take the time to not only understand their technical capabilities but also and sometimes more importantly, why they are open to moving role.This can range from simply career progression or location, to culture, work life balance or something personal that inspires them.
Wherever possible we meet every candidate in person or at least have a video/phone call to establish a relationship.Recruitment is not just about finding someone a job or getting them a pay rise, it is at its core helping guide and develop people’s careers.This may mean that we advise a candidate at the time they approach us, that it may be more beneficial to stay in role to get what they want, or to become a stronger, valued and rounded employee, to their current or prospective future employers.

How We Work

Executive Search
Executive Search is where Edenbrook is retained by a client on an exclusive basis to fill a position. This is normally used for Senior recruitment and difficult to fill positions.

Contingent Recruitment
Contingent Recruitment is where Edenbrook works in conjunction with the Clients RPO and other external agencies through a Preferred Supplier Agreement to fill a position.

Fixed Term Recruitment
Fixed Term Recruitment is becoming more popular with Edenbrook's clients because it provides clients with the flexibily of having a candidate on their payroll but for a predetermined period of time which can be extended by mutual agreement.

Contract Recruitment
Contract Recruitment is normally completed on a day rate. Due to the changes in IR35 which are anticipated to come into force in March/April of 2021 this is becoming less popular with Clients as a recruitment method.

Multiple Recruitment
Multiple Recruitment is where we are asked to work on a specific project to recruit a number of candidates for a client. This is normally undertaken on a exclusive basis with monthly payments set off against the recruitment fees for placements.

Consulting
Edenbrook has been retained by clients on a consulting basis to provide advice like salary surveys, market mapping and outplacement support.
