We are partnered with a multi-award winning pensions and life insurance provider for an experienced Senior Unit Linked Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will sit within the Investment Reporting team to be based in either the firm’s Manchester or Edinburgh offices. This pivotal role provides a unique opportunity to help integrate new work and drive the future standards for the ongoing success of the team.
Main duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee the day-to-day operational running of box management processes, ensuring timely and high-quality output and driving continuous process improvements towards best practice.
• Analysis of unit pricing issues or errors, ensuring compliance with control and governance requirements.
• Providing effective delegation, review and coaching to other team members, sharing subject-matter expertise of complex processes involving box management and unit-pricing.
• Lead regular interactions across senior leadership and key internal and external stakeholders, providing support, insight, and challenge over a wide variety of unit-linked activities.
The successful candidate:
• Experience in unit-linked box management and unit pricing is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and can be relied upon to represent Group Finance in both internal and external meetings.
