We are currently working with a Leading Legacy Speciality Insurance company to recruit a Senior Business Analyst. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define project scope, clarify requirements, and communicate deliverables effectively. Key responsibilities; • Lead business requirements gathering, validation, and documentation to support project outcomes. • Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and data extraction from documents and processes. • Analyse business needs, highlight risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and translate into clear requirements and solutions. • Manage project backlogs, prioritize user stories, and facilitate sprint planning using agile methodologies. • Collaborate with Change Management to enhance BA capability and support best practice adoption. • Facilitate requirements prioritization with stakeholders as needed. • Lead internal teams through ambiguity, providing clear solutions and recommendations. The ideal candidate should have but not limited to; • 5-10 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst within the Insurance industry (legacy insurance desirable). • Experience working on multiple complex IT and business change projects. • Exposure working with Agile methodologies and ways of working. • Solid communication, and stakeholder management skills.
