Risk Analyst opportunity working with a rapidly growing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Chief Risk Officer and the wider team in enhancing and evolving the risk management framework across the group. Key responsibilities: • Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritising risks across the organisation. • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. • Assist in the internal model validation process. • Help develop and update risk management policies and procedures. • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management. • Work closely with various departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management. • Contribute or lead aspects of in-depth reviews of specific risk areas to uncover underlying issues and opportunities for improvement. Key skills and experience: • Minimum of 3 years broad risk management experience within the insurance industry with Lloyd’s being the preferred option.
