New opportuntiy with a rapidly growing insurance broker as a Finance Manager. Improving the reporting structures and supporting the management accounts analysis, this role is an excellent opportunity to develop the reporting’s and analysis skills within a financially regulated background. The key responsibilities are: • Oversee the production of monthly management accounts at profit centre and legal entity level • Ensure balance sheet is fully reconciled with full supporting schedules • Monthly reconciliation of payroll postings to the general ledger • Support the annual budget process • Support the quarterly forecast process • Assist in the production of annual statutory accounts and audit • Preparation of the monthly Sarbanes-Oxley submission • Review client money calculations • Support/quality control the accounting related to legal entity rationalisation • Support the Financial Controller, Finance Business Partners and Group Finance to drive change and efficiency in line with Group Finance strategy • To ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with internal and external clients, including both colleagues and business heads The successful candidate will be: • A Finalist / Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, Etc.) • Experience in Management Accounts
