A multinational insurer are seeking a Finance Implementation Manager to join the finance team on a 12-18 month contract
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to lead and implement a top class Finance transformation.
As Finance Implementation Manager, you’ll own the design and implementation of activities aimed at modernising and optimising the performance and efficiency of the Finance Team.
You’ll take conclusions from recent external findings and turn these into reality, shaping all aspects of the future team including technology, capability, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Lead the prioritisation and sequencing of these initiatives.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of initiative delivery plans incorporating benefits, costs and risks.
• Build effective partnership relationships with other Finance teams
The ideal candidate should have:
• Previous experience in a FP&A / Business Partnering / Cost Management team
• Experience of leading and implementing a Finance change programme
• Qualified Accountant.
• Experience within the insurance industry or financial services
• Experience of working in a large organisation, operating matrix management and agile delivery principles.
