Delegated Underwriting Analyst (Bordereaux)

We are currently working with a global specialty insurer to a Delegated Underwriting Bordereaux Analyst. Reporting to the head of delegated underwriting authority, the successful candidate will support in the management of underwriting data associated with the company’s lead delegated authority business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; •Ensure the regular receipt of bordereaux including chasing Underwriting divisions for outstanding bordereaux •Act as a super user for Intrali VIPR (Bordereaux management system) and liaise closely with business units regarding effective use of the system across Hamilton •Mapping lead binders on Intrali VIPR •Assisting with the resolution of bordereaux queries and system mapping •Managing the bordereaux upload output on an ongoing basis liaising as necessary with Underwriters •Assist in uploading bordereaux into Delegated Data Manager (DDM/Lloyd’s Bordereaux portal) •Ensure that risks are being written in line with nature of authority delegated by the underwriting divisions The ideal candidate should be; •Knowledge of insurance or experience working within the Lloyd’s Market
