Compliance Monitoring Analyst (12 month-FTC) opportunity working with a rapidly growing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager (Monitoring) in the provision of timely, top-quality compliance advice to a range of business stakeholders and to the firm’s governing bodies. Key responsibilities: -Develop and continuously improve the methods for monitoring compliance. -Prepare the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan. -Conduct compliance monitoring in accordance with the Plan and agreed methodologies. -Assist business stakeholders with the design of controls. -Prepare compliance monitoring status reports, for submission to the quarterly Board and Committee meetings. -Track and report progress regarding agreed remedial actions. -Conduct thematic and other reviews as required. -Work closely with the other assurance functions. Key skills and experience: -Relevant Compliance experience (ideally with Monitoring) within insurance (ideally Lloyd’s). -Good understanding of Lloyd’s, FCA and PRA requirements.
