We are currently working with a market leading insurance company to recruit a Transformation Lead (Contract). Reporting directly into the CTO, you will be driving the long-term success of the organisation, challenging, and supporting the transformation team through a complex transformation journey. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; • Reporting directly into the CTO the Transformation Transition Lead you will be charged with supporting the establishment of end-to-end transformation oversight. • Support the development of strategic transformation programmes, and develop a transformation dashboard with key metrics to monitor delivery. • Providing a framework to resolve prioritisation challenges and address cross-functional dependencies. • Provide a consolidated view of progress across the end-to-end transformation agenda to build on the current governance structures already in place. • Responsible for supporting the Transformation Office to deliver their committed outcomes within the agreed timescale while avoiding adverse impact on income, customers and on colleagues. • Work closely with colleagues, many of whom will be deeply affected by the outcomes of the end-to-end transformation agenda. The ideal candidate should have; • A highly experienced Transformation background with a proven track record of supporting the successful delivery of an end-to-end transformation agenda. • Have strong communication skills and experience of managing key stakeholders internally and externally. • Experience working within Insurance/Financial Services. • Ability to think strategically and communicate confidently, asserting influence. • Ability to challenge and hold to account colleagues, whilst also engaging and building relationships.
