Risk Manager opportunity working with a rapidly growing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer you will assist with the management and continued evolution of the risk management framework across the group. Key responsibilities: • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ERM framework. • Provide input and guidance on the internal model validation process. • Assist in building and developing a high-performing risk team. • Identify, assess, and prioritise risks across the organisation. • Identify, scope and lead the review of thematic issues or areas for deep dives. • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and relevant committees. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management. • Continuously monitor and improve risk management processes. Key skills and experience: • Significant broad risk management experience within the insurance industry with Lloyd’s being the preferred option.
