Investor Relations Analyst

Edenbrook are recruiting an Investor Relations Analyst for a leading insurance broker. Reporting directly to the Group Head of FP&A, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the interface between the company and the investors, ensuring that our investors are informed, engaged, and supportive of our strategic objectives and financial performance.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
• Investor Communications: Draft and disseminate clear and concise communication materials for investors, including monthly/quarterly reporting, annual reports, and investor presentations.
• Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data and performance indicators to provide insights on trends, opportunities, and risks. Maintain and update relevant investor-focused financial models and ensure consistency of data and content.
• Investor Queries: Lead workstreams for investor reporting and updates and important investor meetings. Serve as a point of contact for investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategic decisions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to investor relations and financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Organise and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
The ideal candidate is;
• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc.)
• Experience in financial services, preferably insurance broking
