am currently partnering with a market-leading insurer to recruit a Finance Business Analyst. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of defining, analysing, and executing business change strategies. Leveraging your expertise in business modelling, process mapping, and analytical techniques to identify gaps, prioritise business outcomes, you'll ensure successful delivery. Key responsibilities; • Review current and target business-states, applying business modelling and analytical techniques in order to identify and prioritise gaps. • Provide analytical expertise to support Stakeholders/SME in the definition, documentation and prioritisation of Business Outcomes. • Provide critical analysis of business outcomes through a variety of techniques, validating and collaborating across teams. • Support the Head of Strategy Delivery and Change Finance in the creation and management of the Portfolio Roadmap. • Help resolve competing in-pillar priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues. • Instigate, prepare, facilitate and lead meetings, workshops and presentations for a wide range of audiences. • Develop close working relationships with Subject Matter Experts, Heads of Department, • Project/Programme Managers and Sponsors to drive decisions. • Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps and define to-be business processes. The ideal candidate should have but not limited to; • Demonstrable understanding of Business Analysis and Change Management tools and techniques within the Insurance industry. • Knowledge of business process management, workflow and integration methods with a strong analytical background. • Proven experience in Agile change frameworks with an understanding of finance processes. • Business Analysis or Business Architecture certification.
