New Compliance Manager (12 month-FTC) opportunity working with a top performing global specialty insurer. You will get involved in all aspects of the Compliance function at global level including regular interaction with wide variety of stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities: -Drive all aspects of the Compliance function with key framework roles and activities; -Complaints Handling and supporting the Conduct Risk framework; -Delegated Underwriting approvals; -Data Protection; -Financial Crime framework duties; -Conduct compliance reviews and update compliance policies and procedures; -Participate in product oversight and governance work; -Develop compliance management information; -Collaborate cross-functionally in developing and overseeing assurance process; Key Skills and Experience: -Proven broad experience in a Compliance function within Insurance (ideally Lloyd’s or Specialty)
