An all-encompassing Compliance Analyst opportunity working with a rapidly growing Lloyd’s/ London Market insurer looking to double in size over the next two years. Reporting into the Compliance Manager, you will support on a wide range of day-to-day Compliance activities. Key Responsibilities: • Support the Compliance Team with the delivery of the Compliance Plan, including assisting with associated monitoring, overseeing and collating data for regulatory submissions and queries as received from Managing Agent. • Overseeing and delivering a High Conduct Appetite Framework, reporting and monitoring on the conduct risk of the Syndicate and assisting with queries. • Assisting with reviewing Conduct Risk Assessments for new and renewals under delegated underwriting arrangements. • Oversee and maintain adherence with regulatory obligations for Product Value Assessments in line with Product Governance and Consumer Duty requirements. • Collating Conduct Risk Management Information (MI) for quarterly Product Oversight Group meeting. • Review and analyse regulatory updates and market bulletins and forward to relevant Business Units, providing appropriate advice as necessary. • Working closely with Managing Agent Compliance Team, to ensure that all staff have been provided with relevant Compliance training and ensure that Employee Training Lists are kept up to date. • Contribute to the review of Compliance polices annually and distribute as appropriate. • Oversight and updating of Group Registers, including Gifts and Hospitality, Conflicts and Risk Register, in line with Managing Agency requirements. Key Skills and Experience: • Compliance experience within the Lloyds of London market. • Be experienced of working in all areas of Compliance for an insurer – ideally 2 years.
