We are working with a leading managing agency for a Claims Operations Manager. The Claims Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the Claims function, taking responsibility for management of non-technical aspects of the function. Main duties of the role include, but are not limited to: •Proactive monitoring of claims performance •Ensuring claims processing is carried out in a timely manner and quality is fit for purpose •Production and review of management information •Managing performance of team members •Development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures •Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of returns •Acting as a key point of contact for Claims Operations matters The successful candidate will have: •Relevant experience within a Claims Operations function and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of Lloyds market practices •Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team
