We are currently partnering with a market leading, Life, Pensions and Investment company to recruit a Change Audit Manager, where the individual will sit in the internal audit function. Reporting into the Head of Audit for IT & Change, the successful candidate will be work closely with the team to support their portfolio, delivering robust and independent assurance, contributing to the development of the audit plan and leading stakeholder engagement with Senior Leaders. Key responsibilities; • Responsible for contributing to developing the annual audit plan and the delivery of core Change audits to time, cost and quality, along with other experienced auditors within the GIA team. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for project management. • Ability to hold meetings with Senior Leaders across the Group for audit assignment purposes and to influence the embedding of risk management and controls into strategic decision making • Building trusted and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders • Working independently and collaboratively with other team members on key elements of GIA’s strategy, including developing data analytics and continuous monitoring. The ideal candidate should have but not limited to; • Experience working in Project Management & Internal audit role for a Financial Services company. • Project Management skills; preferably supported by formal qualifications e.g. Prince 2. • Internal Audit experience or qualification is desirable. • Comprehensive knowledge financial services industry in particular project management related to products and technology, as well as risk management.
